Workouts

Listed are potential workouts for you and your VimDog to enjoy.  Some require specific equipment and skills, while others are relatively basic.  You know your dog best, so always use common sense throughout any activity.  Combining functional movements at higher intensity will cause your dog to fatigue faster, so make sure not to push your dog beyond his/her limits.  Many high drive dogs will work hard to their own detriment.  It is the handler's responsibility to ensure that does not happen.  Let your dog rest throughout the activity if need be, then continue on or stop depending on the situation.  Safety and drive are primary, and should not be compromised.
