VimDog is a CGPP(Canine General Physical Preparedness)program. It is the first of it's kind as far as we know. Many many canine sites state that you should condition your dog. Few if any go into the specifics of a complete conditioning program. VimDog does.

10 x 40 yard sprints
10 40 yard sprints for time. 1 minute rest between sprints that starts when the dog crosses the 40 yard line for the prior sprint. Record each sprint time.
Slower than previous 40 yard sprints on July 4, 2010. This 40 yards was more accurately measured than last time though. Less rest was given than last time. Maintained consitent time. Possibly starting to slow down by sprint 9 and 10.
Yes. Had him in a down stay as I led out. Release and called him to me as I ran away from him. As he close in on me I through a roller past the 40 yard line. Clara was timing at the 40 yard line.
