VimDog is a CGPP(Canine General Physical Preparedness)program. It is the first of it's kind as far as we know. Many many canine sites state that you should condition your dog. Few if any go into the specifics of a complete conditioning program. VimDog does.

Down Hill Retrieves
3 rounds of 10 hill retrieves. 90 seconds rest between rounds.
Dog chases object down hill and climbs the hill to bring it back to you.
